Manager at Pearl Vision Garden City Winnipeg is very caring and compassionate ... Definitely worked very hard to help me when the optometrist did not after 4 appointments in two years...... Had to get a second opinion which resulted in the right diagnosis ... Thank You so much Julian.......Would definitely recommend him and a couple of his associates

I've worn contacts for several years and knew that I'd be better off with actual glasses. I've tried day in and day out to find glasses that fit my face with no luck. On one of my trips to pick up my contacts one of the sales associates caught me trying on glasses and asked if he could help. I told him my issue and he gave a good look over and bought me a pair of glasses that fit me perfectly. He then left again and came back with two more glasses that fit me just as good. All that time not being able to find a pair of glasses and now I couldn't decide which ones to pick. For me wearing glasses is so much easier on my eyes. I haven't worn contacts again since the staff at the Garden City Mall Pearl Vision helped me get glasses over a year ago.

Julian, was beyond helpful. While getting glasses, it's the last place you'd expect to need or find compassion, but Julian was so kind and compassionate, in a moment when that's what was needed most. And, I got a beautiful pair of glasses.

Absolutely no help at all. Walked in looking to purchase 3 pairs of glasses for my husband, child and myself, got no answers to any of the questions I had asked. The sales person didn't even smile or act like he was happy with what he was doing, or like he even cared that we were interested in purchasing; he simple answered with a curt yes or no. Would not recommend to anyone who is looking for glasses.

The men that worked at the store he didn't even tell me the price for half of the stuff but the glasses there was nice.
