Awesome customer service and affordable even if you dont have insurance! I picked up 2 sets of frames, one pair of sun glasses, for under 400 bucks!! The manager Michelle was very friendly, helpful and informative!!, as well as the new trainer! Bought glasses here 7 yrs ago had amazing service and it continues with my visit today, tried plenty of other places but no one else compared to price and service! Thanks Pearle Vision stay awesome!!

Horrible customer service. Waited over an hour , to then be told they do not direct bill on sundays. What a waste of my time. I wouldn't of scheduled an appointment on a Sunday!

Good customer service.

I went to this location to have an eye exam last week. The receptionist was good but not the doctor. I was helped by Dr. Kamila Duplak. I must say she isn't one of the pleasant doctors I've had. I have extreme sensitivity to light and eye exams are just torture for me. I hate having bright lights being thrown straight to my eyes. As a doctor, Dr. Kamila should have had tons of us who suffer from extreme brightness and could've been more patient. But I don't know. She was just not making it any easier for me and made me feel bad about myself too for no reason. Every time I closed my eyes due to pain, she would make this face while saying "Well, you need to tell me when you're closing your eyes cause i am trying to check something here" as if i dont know that. Well my point is.. doctors should be able to bear with their patients and be nice too. I dont know if she was just in a hurry at the time bec my appt was at 5pm. I hope that's not it bec that's very unprofessional. Well either way, it was not a very good visit.
