I took my son there for his very first eye exam. He started the visit scared but after seeing how kid friendly the office was he was able to settle down a bit. By the end of his visit he was smiling and laughing and "strutting his stuff" because he did so good. Everyone that we came in contact with was so AMAZING! They were all encouraging and made sure he felt safe and was in good hands. At the end of his exam the Doctor gave him a token for a small gumball machine toy which was a great way to end his visit. I am beyond grateful for the excellent care at this office. We will be returning for all eye exams for our family.

I have been to this facility twice, and both times I was taken back promptly when my appointment time came around. All of the staff was extremely friendly, and everyone that I interacted with was knowledgeable and very thorough. All of my concerns were addressed and recorded if they were not able to answer them, and were addressed by the doctor. Once it was time for my exam with the doctor, he was very thorough, and ensured I understood what his recommendations were. He also had really great suggestions for types of lenses that might better fit my needs. I would definitely recommend this to anyone needing an eye doctor in the area!

Much better customer experience than Gailey. Staff was prompt and friendly. Dr. Willenbring listened carefully to us as patients which shows she truly cares. She spent time answering our questions making sure we understood her answers. We never felt rushed or shoved around as happens in many other clinics. Entire clinic gave us the feeling they appreciate our business and care about us as individuals.
