When initially I called to make my appointment the lady I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude! When I went for my appointment everything was great. Was told I would have my glasses by April 30th. It is now May 11th and I am STILL WAITING!!!!!! When I called at the beginning of the week I was told they would be there today, just called now I am told they should be in next week some time. This is ridiculous!!!!!!!!! I understand people and places make mistakes but it is going on 3 weeks OVER when I was SUPPOSED to get my glasses and they act like Oh well, it's no big deal, sorry. Well it is a big deal when you CAN'T SEE!!!!!!!! Not happy with this place and probably will be going somewhere else next time.

The doctor I saw was very thorough and made me feel comfortable. He answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. I was surprised that I didn't wait long to be seen after reading previous reviews, but I was taken back rather quickly. Everyone I interacted with during my visit was polite and helpful. My only complaints are that it took quite a while to get an appointment and they tried to reschedule on me twice saying that the doctor wouldn't be in that day (isn't that confusing?)... Apparently, he was in because when I said I would go elsewhere, they kept my appointment as it was. I assume they overbook.

I dont generally get on here and make reviews often but I feel i have to here. After coming here for probably 15 yrs give or take I have left. The doctor has gotten ruder and ruder every year and the way he treats his staff is despicable. Dr Montana talks down to the women like they're worthless and its wildly uncomfortable. The selection has lessened from yrs before and i assume it's due to his increased obsession with the money he's getting. He legitimately told me that if my insurance needed a prior auth for some eyedrops he would only do it if i paid him by the hour out of my pocket not charged to the insurance agency. I dont have cheap insurance but he knows what he is proposing would never fly with them so he wants it from me. Also, if he wasnt as slow as molasses it wouldnt take him the 2 hrs he claims it takes for paperwork to get the prior auth. Outside of him seeming to do a fine job at getting me the correct prescription and getting my wife diagnosed with an eye issue the experience is awful. Thing is, getting me an eye exam and diagnosing her is something any mediocre optomitrist can do. Already moved on and I'm glad i did.
