Dr. Di Nino has been our family optometrist since opening her practice. We appreciate her professionalism, the fact that she listens well and the quality of the frames and lenses she offers. She has always stood behind her products and -- over the years -- has honoured a couple of warranty issues without hesitation. Her office is modern, her reception staff are welcoming and her equipment is up to date. We always feel that our eyes are receiving very good, professional care.

Dr Laura Di Nino, is the best eye Doctor I have ever had. She takes her time and makes sure you are comfortable, answers all your questions, and most of all is very thorough. Her staff were always very helpful and friendly. I was transferred back to BC about a year ago, I sure miss her.

If I can give a rating lower than 1 star, I would! I went to see Dr. Liu in April 2017 and used his prescription to buy a pair of new glasses. I can read neither far or near out of the new glasses based on his prescription. Ended up using my old glasses and wasted a pair of new ($400) glasses. Called the office for a resolution and was told that the only thing Dr. Liu can do is to prescribe the previous/old prescription for me BUT I have to cover my own costs for getting another pair of glasses. When asked how much they would charge for just the lenses, I was told that they charge anywhere between $300 - $500 for just lenses! I asked for a discount because Dr. Liu provided an inaccurate prescription which cause the problem in the first place, but was told that they will not give discounts and have no such practice! I would not recommend this optometrist office to anyone! AVOID this place!!

I am a long-term patient of Dr. Laura DiNino and wouldn't deal with anyone else when it comes to my eyes. This doctor is kind, thoughtful and caring, and has a terrific sense of humour. More importantly, though, her work ethic, combined with her knowledge and experience give me comfort and confidence that my eyes are receiving the best care possible. I always feel I'm treated like family, as do my two adult daughters, both of whom have maintained Laura DiNino for their eye care, despite the fact they both live out of town at this point. I simply refuse to deal with anyone I don't like or don't trust, and my first choice for my eyes is Laura DiNino. I've recommended her proudly to friends on many occasions and will continue to do so.

I have been going here for a few years and the doctor is very helpful and knowledgeable about eye health, and amazing with my children. The staff are very kind and will always help me whenever I need it. From picking glasses, to ordering my contacts, their services are always available to me.
