Just a small thing, but it speaks volumes in customer service and just plain kindness and being helpful. I when to LensCrafters at Polo Park to purchase new glasses, I forgot my prescription from Dr. Earl’s Jamora & Accoicates. I thought no problem. They’ll just print it off for me. Save me the trouble of going back home to get it. Well, they will rent it off for you if you want to pay them a service fee of $10…it’s a 5 cent photo copy. Let’s be clear $10 dollars is not a lot of money, but It’s the ethics behind it. Just keep this in mind when you’re getting your next eye exam, perhaps go to somebody that won’t nickel and dime you. It’s worth adding lensCrafters, picked up the $10 bucks as a kind gesture, hats off to their customer service.

We had a good experience . The optometrist and staff were very kind, and my daughter felt completely at ease during her eye exam. She was not scared. Highly recommended for children.

I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Earl Jamora & Associates Polo Pak. The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my visit. The Dr. Jamora took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions. The eye exam was thorough, the clinic was clean, well-organized, and the service was efficient from start to finish.

We've been seeing Dr. Jamora since 2010, and he has consistently provided excellent eye care year after year. His check-ups are always very thorough, and he takes the time to explain everything clearly, which we really appreciate. He’s not only knowledgeable but also incredibly kind and professional—always making you feel comfortable and well cared for. It's rare to find a doctor who is so genuinely personable while also being meticulous with your vision health. After all these years, we can honestly say he's absolutely worth coming back to. Highly recommend!

This Lens Crafters location in Polo Park was very professional and they were quick to assist me in finding everything that I needed. I got an appointment for an eye exam and it was done very well. The team there was polite and helpful and the eye doctor was kind and had my new prescription for eyeglasses very fast. I would definitely recommend this business! Thank you for a great experience.
