The optometrist is very good. It is my first time there and i was quite happy with her. A good selection of glasses. Leslie was very helpful in helping with finding glasses, and determining what lens would be most beneficial for my eyes. Friendly staff who are patient, and knowledgable. Adam was very helpful and gave honest input. I would go back again next time i need glasses changed.

I have had to bring my glasses in for repair. They were replaced with a new pair and ready to wear in no time. I returned for an eye appointment and new glasses for my partner, 5 months later and was shocked to be called by name. Leslie not only remembered I had been there to repair my glasses, asked if they were ok, and called me by name. The staff here are extremely friendly, and attentive. Adam was working with Leslie, and was so pleasant, and helpful. I highly recommend this location.

No prices on anything which I really do not like. I like to browse and look for the glasses in my price range, not rely on the sales person to go to the computer and check on the price. Also very difficult to actually see the glasses. The display cases are setup with mirrors, glass shelves and the frames are all over the place to look cool I suppose but it makes it hard to compare frames. As soon as she told me about prices, I left and went to Costco, found frames, got fitted, ordered and paid in 15 minutes. Total price was lower than Hakim's lowest frame price.

Absolutely the worst glasses have ever purchased. I have had to have these frames replaced twice in the last year. I am not a kid that rough houses. I am not a teenager that plays fisical sports. I am 71 years old sitting in my living room eating a piece of celery and my glasses frame cracks. I have been told in the past that Hakim's frames are not the best quality, but I was happy with my choice of frame. After all that has happened in my life I do not, I repeat, do not need the aggravation of my glasses busting while I sit in my living room eating a piece of celery. I will be at the store I purchased them from first thing tomorrow morning to get this problem resolved. If it's not shame on you. If I purchase another pair of glasses from you if this problem is not resolved shame on me. See you tomorrow. Let's hope we all come out of this meeting feeling better about who we work for and who I am dealing with. To leave you with a thought as it was presented to me when I was in the work force "if a customer leaves your office he will tell ONE person. If he leaves unhappy he will tell anyone will listen"
