I've only been here a handful of times but everytime I've seemed to be ignored or last on the greetings list. When you're just standing behind the counter conversing with your other coworkers please take notice that a customer has entered the store and MAYBE he/she would like some help. Walking right past me to greet another customer that came in a good 10mins after I did doesn't sit with me well. They do have a decent selection but their customer service skills need to improve. I refused to buy anything from there regardless of any deal they had going on at the time, I don't support bad service.

Asked for an update, was told one of them is already ready for pick up. Called the day after and someone that didn't even seem to have checked physically and just checked the system said otherwise. Real professional. This will be the last time I will be bringing my business to Pearle Vision. Best Regards

Walked in - no appointment. Great sale so picked out 2 pair. Good friendly service. He offered to put rush on them.

This place provides the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, I read the reviews before purchasing my glasses, and against my better judgement I still went ahead to give them the benefit of the doubt. Not worth it and I would not be repeating the same mistake by going back there.

I purchased $500 glasses from pearl vision. I lost a small part for my glasses that I am willing to pay for. they supposedly don't carry parts and cannot order parts. I asked what to do and they said I can try online. Great.
