Very good service !

Unaccommodating for extending my vision prescription during the pandemic - more specifically when the test positivity rate of Omicron is over 40%, and I need new contacts

He was a kind, caring doctor. Very great fun for his service.

Dr. Nelson is absolutely wonderful. He is accommodating, knowledgeable, meticulous, and professional. He truly went above and beyond to ensure that my eye injury was looked after properly, and that I had everything I needed to feel comfortable throughout the entire healing process. He provided frequent and consistent care until my eye had healed, checked in with me to make sure my eye was doing alright, did whatever necessary to address all of my needs and concerns, and more. Overall, Dr. Nelson provided me with the best care possible during this difficult and painful time. Much appreciated!!!

They don't seem to know how long their products take to ship. Every time I've ordered contacts in the last year from them I'm told they're on back order and it'll be two weeks. More than two weeks later and no word from them and if i call and leave a message early during business hours it's typically days before they get back to me. Typically takes about a week to two weeks longer than quoted. Last time I ordered I was able to pick up the contacts for my right eye only and am still waiting to hear back about where the left ones are. If "there are some powers and brands that can notoriously be on back order" then please inform staff so they can pass that info along. Because as I said, they take longer than quoted every time so the quoted times for those powers need to be increases. And I know my name isn't in your system. I've been going to you for 17 years and in the last 5 I've tried to change my name every time I come in but it never seems to stick even though supposedly someone changes or each time. Thanks.
