I have had great experiences whenever I've purchased glasses from LensCrafters. They have a great policy that guarantees customer satisfaction. There are other places where there's no exchanges or refunds no matter how your glasses turn out, so I very much appreciate this. I'm also extremely happy with the quality.

Went to this store as they advertise glasses in about an hour. Picked some frames and sat down with a very nice representative.Unfortunately she explained their "computers were not working and could not communicate with the machinery in the back" so it would take minimum 7 days for the glasses to be made. I've been here before and you could see the plant in the back, now there is a wall and you can't see it. Not sure if it actually exists. Anyway, feel like I was not being told the truth - computer problems can be fixed quickly, please don't tell me stories. Left and went elsewhere.

terrible service. As well as when I picked up my glasses there was a chip in my lense. 40% off my second pair of glasses was a rip off as well. So many complaints.

Optician has not been available for adjustment or fittings. Very frustrating. Hard for me to get to another location . I chose St Vital store because of its locstion and now it turns out they don't offer the service they advertise. Since I am handicapped and live in the area it seemed a good choice. Wrong.

My wife and me went in to see about our current glasses and we waited Patiently and the lady said she would be right with us and when she was done with the customer she was dealing with looked at my wife and me and a man walked in and she went right to her and skipped us all together like we where not even there , I can't stand being ignored so if you want a bad customer experience come hear what a waist of time , they won't be seeing me future Business .
