Went for an eye exam and received contacts for the first time. Had a great experience with the exam itself, new and very educated doctor. However, the cost of the exam was quite pricey, and I was also charged $50.00 to show me how to put in and remove contacts. Thought that was a little steep considering that is half the cost of a normal eye exam and to my understanding, most places don't normally charge for that. Additionally, I had to call the next day because I never received a copy of my prescription. Finally, I received trail contacts that did not exactly match my prescription, so when I called back they explained to me that contacts prescriptions don't always match the glasses prescription. However, I described my vision as still somewhat blurry and was told when I want to order the contacts themselves that they could be placed to match my prescription exactly.. not sure why I couldn't try the correct contact prescription before buying??? Not planning to visit here again.

Dr. Kelly Enns was Fantastic! Very knowledgeable. She walked me through the whole exam and explained the changes that had occurred in my eye sight since my last appointment back in 2016. She also took the time to recommended glasses/prescription that would help with the reflection from my computer screen, since I stare at a computer all day. Overall customer service was great! I highly recommend you try Sage Creek Eye Centre out.

Absolutely loved the customer service. Dr. Enns and the optician Kelly were very patient with my questions regarding my prescription for glasses. I had also decided I wanted to try contact lenses and was made aware of the fees involved with a fitting upfront before I made the decision to actually purchase lenses. Kelly was helpful in helping me find the right frames to suit my face and I look forward to picking my glasses new glasses when they come in. I would highly recommend Sage Creek Eye Centre and wish the ladies well in their new location.

Sage Creek Eye Centre was an amazing experience for me. Dr. Enns is very knowledgeable, incredibly thorough, and I left feeling as though all my concerns were heard. I can’t believe someone would give a one star review because they didn’t like the price... I thought my visit was a fair price.

I haven't been to an optometrist in quite awhile so I wasn't sure of what to expect. Dr.Enns was fantastic! She was very informative and knowledgeable. She explained what she was doing over the full exam and went over my results with me in full. It was very interesting learning some new things about my eyes! The price of the exam was fair and comparable with other offices in the city and was confirmed upfront before the exam. The office itself is beautiful! Everything is new and her selection of frames was fantastic! The online registration and appointment booking was also a breeze! I highly recommend seeing Dr.Enns!
