Dr. Li and her staff have always been professional, helpful and understanding. I believe patients need to understand that although the receptionists schedule the appointments, they are not responsible for the delays. The reason the optometrists are sometimes not on time is due to the fact that they are taking the time to diagnose and help each patient. So far, my experience has been positive and I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

I have been seeing Dr. Christine Li for many years now and she is very caring and thorough with her eye exams. I get coloured contacts from her as well and they are absolutely stunning!! I will be returning every year to continue getting my eyes checked with Dr. Li.

I have been to Dr. Christine Li’s for many years, before they moved up to Markham. We still come here because their staff is always professional and friendly. The optometrists Dr. Li and Dr. Leung are attentive and are very knowledgeable.

Extraordinary doctor, very knowledgeable, skilled, patient and polite. Dr. Li gives me lots of advice on eye health, including diet, eye exercises, activities to avoid, etc. Only problem with the office is that it's hard to find parking.

Have been with Dr Christine Li for more than 20+ years but today I had a very bad experience that I ever had before! Took my 3 yrs old son for an eye drop appointment at 3pm and we arrived 15 min early. The receptionist told us we are the next one when the new patient ahead of us is done. However at 3:40pm, Dr Li called another lady instead of us after the new patient! I asked the receptionist and they were both super big reaction said is Dr decision and they came earlier than us and after they both whispering. I was like what? Ok then we wait for another 10 min and after that lady they called in another guy! I was like WHAT?? Again the receptionist said the same thing and acted very angry and then I asked Dr Li and I told her we already wait for more than a hour and I need to pick up my girl, surprisingly Dr Li asked me to see another Dr Cheung in house if I am in hurry....I was very disappointed... Finally is our turn, I explained to her what's going on and Dr Li asked me not to talk anymore since I am in hurry!! After exam, she said the result and as a parent know that my son need to wear glasses at age of 3, of course I want to know more in detail and how she judge and exam it?? Her replied was "Oh, you said you are in hurry and now you asked for explanation?"!! Come on!! That's totally suck attitude and bad services. She did explain at the end that her schedule is behind and stressed!! But as a professional this is not the right way to treat your patients!! She don't even offer or suggest any advice or follow up but instead just give me the prescription
