Excellent team all around. I needed an update to my glasses and Dr. Hershorn did a complete, careful exam, answered all my questions and the glasses he prescribed are perfect. I was also very pleased with the fitting and their willingness to let me change frames. Very good experience from start to finish!

It had been forever since I've had my eye's checked so I was a bit desperate to find a new eye doctor (my old eye doctor is in Scarborough, and he was great just now too far). St. Clair Optometry is very close to my house so even if he wasn't as great as my old optometrist, I figured Dr. Hershorn is so close that he'd be good enough. However I was pleasantly surprised when I had my first appointment, everyone was so great, really friendly and helpful, easy to talk to. Dr. Hershorn is exactly the same way! When my trial contacts came in with my new prescription, I was stuck using my old glasses which were a nightmare so I was very anxious to get my new contacts and even though his schedule was full for the next week he squeezed in my contact fitting and took the time to check everything to make sure the contacts fit fine and the prescription didn't need any adjustments. I'm so glad to have randomly gone to St. Clair Optometry, they're pretty awesome.

Over the phone they told me 150$ for eye exam, 75$ for contact lens prescription and 65$ training for how to use contact lens that is optional. But when I got there after I got my initial eye exam they changed their word and told me now you have to pay 65$ for training and it's not up to you anymore. It was a total rip-off and I got scammed. And the training was ridiculous. A guy was just sitting there and asked me to put on the lenses and take them off, that's it.

Dr. Jason was very professional , kind and caring. It was our first visit and we loved it. We will definitely be back with our family for our optical needs. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.
