Dr. PAL is amazing!!! I have had chronic dry eyes for years and she has come up With multiple solutions to accommodate my lifestyle. She is very knowledgeable and I highly suggest scleral lenses as Dr. PAL is extremely efficient at fitting them. Also the staff Is extremely welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend this office in a heartbeat to anyone looking for an optometrist.

I don’t know why this place gets so many good reviews - are they fake? Staff tries to push you $50 eye drops, also “recommended” much more expensive contact lens, “recommended” to get transition lens, also $370 to change the lens on my current glasses? In what planet is that a reasonable price? I think half of my appointment was just listening to sales pitches of overpriced things I didn’t need. I didn’t sincerely believe that anyone was recommending me anything for the health of my eyes. Plus they do tests that they don’t inform you are optional, WITHOUT explaining why they are necessary. I got billed $90 extra for some scans that the staff spent 10 seconds clicking through without being given the option of deciding whether I needed them. Oh and another $55 for contact fitting after I told the staff I wore contacts, again, without being informed of the extra charge or requesting another contact fitting. A simple eye exam became $260 at the end when I was checking out! Stay away if you like paying reasonable prices, like spending money on goods and services that you consent to, and want to have some extra left over after walking out of this office ...

As a first time patient, I was eager to see if Dr. Pal's clinic lived up to their online reviews. Luckily for me, they sure did! They were super thorough in all the tests that they performed, were very helpful and organized. Took their time on all areas, didn't rush me through the appointment and really took good care of me. It was a great experience and I look forward to visiting them again. The location is super convenient. It was overall a great experience as a first-time customer. I would definitely go back again. 5 Stars to Dr. Pal and Team!

My whole family goes to Dr. Pal’s clinic to get eye checkups done every six months. We really enjoy our visits. She was recommended by my neighbor and I am glad we listened. Dr. Pal is friendly and always teaches my kids about the eye and how it works . Learning about the eye has helped my children do proper eye exercises and avoid glasses. This place also has great frames for glasses and I recently picked up a new frame for myself. We are very happy customers. Thanks to everyone at Dr. Pal's office.
