I called to make my first appointment there during the hours that they claimed they answered the phones. However, I only got the voicemail, saying that if I was calling outside of their hours, (which I wasn't) they would not be answering. I left my name and phone number and said I would like to get an appointment to have my eyes tested but I never heard back from them. That was a month ago. I won't be calling back.

After years of going to Optometrists whose main interest was to sell you glasses my wife talked me into going to her doctor. Wonderful experience, used high tech equipment and lots of time to explain the significance that even I could mostly understand. No pressure to buy, only a suggestion that if I do buy a multifocal would be best for my needs. Best of all was the knowledge that I don't really have a serious problem needing immediate attention at 70.

Extremely overpriced, and tried to sell my girlfriend on glasses she didn't need. They told me $400 for prescription sunglass lens and $280 for my regular prescription. Tried to get me to buy $300 frames and this was after they charged $140 for an eye exam. Went to Costco and got sunglasses and glasses for $315 total (lenses and frames). My girlfriend had gone to this place a year before for her glasses, when she went to another optician they told her she had better then 20/20 vision and didn't require glasses. Very shady practices and extremely overpriced. Would not recommend

After a strange phone conversation with a disinterested staff member, I decided to travel to the store, check out the location, and meet the staff. I spent 15 minutes walking around the empty store without a greeting, let alone any service. Cold, unfriendly, and unprofessional — I would recommend going just about anywhere else.

Went in today to shop for clip on sunglasses for my glasses. The staff was uninterested, dismissive, and unfriendly.
