The worst experience ever with an optical place. Had a small chip in one lense. Told a rush put on it since I was going away and would hopefully be back within 2 weeks. 4.5 weeks later they are in. I was lied to by one of the staff who said one of the opticians was going to personally make sure they were picked up before my trip, did not hear anything so I dropped in. Turns out no opticians worked that day at all ( the day my glasses were to be picked up). I have come and gone on my trip ( with blurred vision from an old prescription )and now only ready. Be wise do NOT use this place. Incredibly unprofessional!

Dr. Chow seemed fine. My prescription is okay. The selection of frames is fair--not wonderful. The prices are good though. I like that the lenses are ground here in N.S., but they take a long time to come in. The anti-glare coating might not be the best available. The office is not well organized. The computers froze more than once when I was there. A leg fell off of one of the tables. When I phoned, the fax machine was on; so I got that awful noise.

Extremely unprofessional employees and aren't willing to listen to anything you say. Been trying to order contacts from them for over four months this is due to poor communication through between the optometrists and receptionists. They had given me the wrong prescription and insisted it was the correct one. After this whole ordeal I was promised three months of free contacts which they were not able go deliver on. Disappointed with this place as I've been going there for years will not be going back. Honestly think I would get better service from a man in an alley offering "free eye exams".

Had an appointment. Arrived and told I did not. Rude and unprofessional employees. Then it was discovered I REALLY did have an appointment. Been going there for years. Not again after this .
