Our family has been coming to this location of Family Vision Clinic for a number of years. Today I had an appointment with Dr. Debly, and I must say she is wonderful. Very prompt, professional and friendly. She is also very thorough! As I needed new glasses, I met with Diane, (who again has been assisting our family for many years). Because of her help in the past I have great confidence in her ability to help me choose new frames. It was a pleasure to have Diane's assistance today. She certainly knows her business and in no time we had frames for glasses and sun glasses. Diane explained everything from transition lenses, progressive lenses to scratch coat on the lenses. I never felt rushed while making my decision and I'm delighted with the choices that I made with Diane's help. I'm extremely happy with the friendly, courteous and professional services that I received today! Highly recommend a visit to this location if you are in need of an eye exam and new glasses. Thank you Diane and Dr. Debly.

I want to thank the amazing staff at Family Vision Clnic for their friendly, caring and efficient service they exhibit to clients. I have been a longtime client and have been treated with professionalism and smiles. I recently had to purchase new glasses and the staff were extremely helpful whilst offering constructive advice on looks! I also had to call in an emergency situation, with a piece of torn contact lens trapped in my eye, and staff managed to fit me in and treat me so kindly. Thank you all,

I called several places to see what the earliest time I could get an appointment for an eye exam. Most places had a two to three week waiting period. Family Vision on Portland Street was able to get me in for an appointment two hours after I called them. When I arrived, the optometrist was able to see me within five minutes. After the exam, I was immediately introduced to an assistant who took care of me. She explained everything in detail to my satisfaction. I picked out two pairs of glasses. I was told the glasses would take 7 - 10 days. Five days later, I received a call that my glasses were ready.

My experience was a difficult one, as I was having some significant trouble with my prescription and my glasses (which I had purchased elsewhere!). I was very frustrated, and very cranky. However, I was well served by both the staff and the doctors at this clinic. They were patient with my frustration and my crankiness, and worked with me achieve a good outcome. I appreciate that level of quality in my healthcare!

Absolutely terrible to deal with. Once they have your money your on your own. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that will take care of their customers. These people should not be in business.
