Thank you, Emily!

Emily was very efficient and great to deal with. I went in after breaking my glasses thinking they will never be able to fix them but Emily came to my rescue and was able to fix on site. 10 mins I was In and then out. Thanks Emily, I appreciate it!

Emily was really great and assisted us with getting some fabulous glasses. This was our first time at this location and will definitely be going back when we are due to have our eye exams and glasses. Thank you Emily and the rest of the staff who were equally as fabulous and super nice!

As an incoming university student, I made an appointment at Eyes On Lacewood where no other alternative location could accommodate me before my time of leaving. Needless to say, this was definitely the right choice (and ultimately a saving grace decision) for such an important step in my life! As a newcomer, I found that both the pace of the visit and the service were smooth and timely. My experience with the optometrist was refreshingly straightforward and honest. Without Ariel's enthusiastic help during the wait periods, I could not have taken a new-found liking towards a pair of unique frames that helped me feel extra confident. I would highly recommend this place!

What a pleasant and efficient experience! Emily was super helpfull in getting me set up with some new glasses. She knew who I was when I walked in the door (I did have an appointment) and had several samples already picked out for me to look at. Positive and honest opinions of how the frames looks on me was very refreshing. Finally the processing of my order and measurements was done very well. Emily explained to me the options available and explained the details of the billing. A very positive experience.

Emily W. provided me with great service. My 91year old mother broke her glasses and Emily quickly repaired the glasses and provided me with suggestions to make her glasses more comfortable. She was friendly and professional!! I let the staff at Parkland Clayton Park know about the great service that she provided in case any of the residents inquire about optical services in the area.

Got my eye exam done after a couple of years. Had a really great experience with the staff and Dr. Victoria French at Eyes on Lacewood. Kayla, Katie and Myrna were a great help throughout especially when choosing a glass frame from their wide variety of options that would be a perfect fit for me! All of the members were very welcoming and would recommend checking out this location for anyone looking for a new eye doctor!!

Getting glasses for the first time can be a little scary and intimidating. At this location they really have the most friendly staff. Ben and Katie in particular, made my experience at Eyes on Lacewood seamless. They were friendly, kind, and funny which I loved. They helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses for my face shape. Definitely check this office out if you need a new eye doctor!
