Terrible Rude and Money Hungry

Dr. Kevin Tyber has became very rude in the past couple of years. He disrespect his patients. He pushes patients to buy the frames/glasses from his own shop. If the glasses are bought else were he would not even look at them. He gave me incorrect prescription. When I got my glasses I was not able to see things properly. Everything was blur. Dr. Tyber refused to see me again without paying him again. In the second visit he found a mistake in his prescription but again he blamed it on the place from where I bought my glasses. (note that I got my glasses from one of the top Eye glasses store chain in North America) Save yourself from humiliations and not see this doctor.

We have seen Dr Tyber for at least 20 years. Dr Tyber is always punctual and very personable. Staff has always been very helpful whenever we have needed anything they would go out of the way to make sure we were happy. Thank you kindly for all you do. See you in the near future.

He (Dr. Tyber) swindled my elderly parents and left my dying father without glasses. I reported him. He should have his licence revoked.

I just wanted to say a big thank-you to Dr. Tyber. My son ( who was in Pickering)got something in his eye and I was at work downtown. After one phone call and within an hour, Dr. Tyber was able to see him ( without me there) and all is ok. Saved us from an afternoon in emerge. Thanks so much for squeezing him in. Many thanks, Crystal Hussey

Dr. Tyber consistently provides outstanding care and ensures that all eye exams are thorough and specific to each patient's needs. I have seen Dr. Tyber for over 20 years. He has provided excellent care to everyone in my family. He takes the time to address and resolve issues. His staff are expertly trained in fitting glasses. Very professional office. Highly recommend!

Don't go here what ever you do carve your own glasses out of old pop bottles they will be better than what you get over charged for here and even if it takes you 2 months to do it you will still be done before this office contacts you and lets you know your glasses are ready for pick up. Dropped in a month ago ordered glasses and still haven't heard from them but they don't waste anytime grabbing your money my guess is the Mercedes payment was due !!!!
