I had a great experience at this office. Doctors and staff are professional, very knowledgeable and genuinely care. Look no further for best service and advice.

Currently was denied a medical appointment. I moved to the area and am unable to travel to my old optometrist, which is in another town. The Optometrist was uncomfortable performing a "follow up" routine eye exam because I had laser surgery in November. My eyes are healthy and all I needed was a quick checkup. Also I wanted to establish a permanent vision care center that was local. I feel that this organization lacks the ethical standards for patient care and how it impacts a patients overall quality of life. As a medical professional I am extremely disappointed with their reasoning. Unacceptable! Luckily, BROOKLYN VISON CARE understands when a patient has to relocate, it is hard to travel out of town for this. All I did was fax my medical records to them and, easy as pie, I was scheduled for an exam. Moral of the story is.... Don't waste your time with this facility if you have any pre-existing condition. They want you healthy before they see you....Poor patient care!
