I have always gone to this optometrist because they offered such good service with regards to measurements and fitting. Their staff was always very stylish and helpful, ready to offer services like cleaning your glasses and making sure the fit was still up to par. BUT when I went two weeks ago for an eye exam, Mrs. Coriveau was great as always but her staff was extremely disappointing. I was told to come back to look at frames and to phone ahead of time to see if it would be convenient. I did and I was told to come at 16:00. When I was there to chose a frame I was ignored and it was not because they were busy. Because they could not answer my question they did not take any measurement leaving me to go back for a third time and waiting until the store manager would call me back the following week. He never did. So instead of going a third and fourth time I will go elsewhere and most probably never go back.

Service has declined badly since Dr. Corriveau has left. New staff can't answer simple questions and does not return calls.

I was disappointed with the service I received at this clinic. It took multiple visits to get my prescription adjusted and still today it is not correct. I am therefore forced to see a different optometrist to resolve the problem as I have very little confidence in this clinic.
