The staff was fairly friendly but I had to wait 30 minutes for my appointment and no one seemed to care. The selection for glasses is pretty small, but I personally wear contacts so I'm ok. They're very expensive, but they are good quality

Had an amazing experience during my first visit to Byron Optometry. Everyone was friendly and the office was comfortable. Dr. Bohnert did my eye exam. He was very friendly, easy to talk to and happily answered all my questions. Leslie helped me choose the perfect glasses for my needs, style and budget and even submitted my claim online to my insurance provider! Strongly recommend Byron Optometry to everyone.

Dr Susan Buxton is way rude. I took my Dad after stroke , he was already stressed and she gave us hard time. Doesn’t deserve to be a doctor. Sorry but people do not ever think about Dr Buxton to go and checked. Take your loved ones to better doctor.

We had one visit a year ago for my two year old and it went fine. Nothing exceptional. I scheduled an appointment for two of my children months ago. I received confirmation for an appointment for a different time and date than what I scheduled and for only one child. I called they have no idea what happened and they rescheduled for both children my children again. I receive a call today and they want to reschedule again. We will not be going back.
