I absolutely love this office. The ladies are so nice at the front desk. Dr. Ron treated me so well and was so quick and painless. He answered all my question and I was able to order contacts and have them within days. I would recommend Dr. Ron McMullen to anyone I know. Thanks!

Dr McMullen spent a lot of time with me understanding my requirements for sunglasses for flying. The end result is I have an amazing pair of prescription sunglasses glasses that work exactly as required. Thanks !!!!

The WORST experience I have ever had with an optometrist! A referral to treat an eye trauma was NEVER SENT! We waited with blurred vision, unable to work for 3 week to see a surgeon that an EMERGENCY ROOM DOCTOR had to refer us to because Dr Ron McMullen's office never sent a referral or followed up to see if it went through to a surgeon. Even though we had called twice to see what the hold up was. Your vision is not something you want to play around with. Hopefully there is not long term damage. Here's what happened: We came in to the office for an eye trauma. After 3 days the condition got worse, causing blurred vision which lead to having to be off work, we were told we had to be referred to a surgeon. A week later we still had not heard back about the referral. We called the surgeon and he said they were NEVER CONTACTED! We called the clinic and they said they went through the company the surgeon worked for. After still not hearing anything the following week, we called the surgeons company. They never received a referral either!!!!! It has now been 3 WEEKS off work. THANK GOODNESS we went to the emergency room to get a referral! If we couldn't get in the next day with a surgeon the emergency doctor wanted to remove the damage causing the blurriness that day. We went to see the surgeon the next day! The emergency room doctor told us it should NEVER have been left in so long and should have been taken care of on day 3.

Went there today as a first time customer, knowing that I had $500 benefits through work available at no cost to me. Dr McMullen examined my vision and eyes and was 100% honest with me, very slight prescription if any required, not worth getting glasses at this time. I'm impressed as he could have easily taken my health benefits money. As a result, I will be back with the rest of the family, hopefully for years to come.
