Was able to get in for an exam the same day I called, everyone was very nice and Andrea was very patient in helping me find the right pair of glasses that suited me. Overall a great experience, I will continue to go here for all my vision needs from now on and will recommend to my family and friends. Thanks!

Amazing service! Our first time in and we were treated like family. Got gorgeous glasses for both my husband and me, then decided to go back the next day and get sunglasses. Absolutely 100% recommend!

I have been going to Ritson Optical (formerly Nema Optical) for many years. The staff is wonderful, always willing to help you and work with you to find the perfect glasses/lenses or sunglasses. They offer a wide variety of brands for all kinds of budgets. The doctors on staff are also great, very informative and do not rush through the exam. I would highly recommend Ritson Optical to anyone looking to buy glasses!

Came in looking for sunglasses with Manulife insurance information and prescription in hand. Having checked into our plan, I knew I had some coverage for sunglasses and would see reimbursement of an amount. Sales person "Adam" proceeded to argue with me that I would not, unless I would allow the store to A. replace the lenses in the sunglasses, or B. purchase a separate set of readers, which I wasn't in the market for. The whole experience came to feel so unnecessarily awkward. He did offer me what seemed an attractive package deal, being from out of town, he quickly took that off the table when I explained that I was not certain when I'd be able to pick up a set of readers, and apparently shipping them a whole hour away is too big a hurdle for the store to manage. As the store began to fill, and line ups longer, he did offer to sell me the sunglasses I desired at a reasonable price, but again warned that I wouldn't see any reimbursement. He claimed that if I were to read the "fine print" I would discover that I am not eligible. Well, guess what, I was reimbursed and without issue. I am in the customer service industry myself and let me tell you - where I come from, if I treated my customers like you did me, I wouldn't have any left. Word gets around. You sir need a lesson on being straight up with your customer. Was your failed high pressure sales tactic for a chance at a few extra bucks worth a 1 star review?
