I recently purchased two pairs of glasses. The service is really exceptional. Knowledgeable, helpful.. I will return, and recommend to anyone that needs glasses to go here. I have never had such great service purchasing glasses before.

BEST OPTICAL STORE EXPERIENCE, EVER!! It's really hard to find good quality frames. Not to mention, good customer service!!! Carleton Place Capital Optical is the place to go and the staff and just everything was far beyond expectation. Thanks, from the friendly eye exam, to picking up my new glasses.

This is a great place to go for glasses, as the staff here knows what they're doing and how to treat their customers! Both of the time I've interacted with the employees gave me more than enough reason to want to come back as they went above and beyond in helping me out. I had a car accident and lost my glasses in the process but when I came to Capital Optical, Greg and Velma were extremely understanding of my situation and quick in helping me purchase a new pair! I love the glasses I got from them and have since come back to look at getting contacts with them! I'd recommend this store to anyone who has glasses, is looking for new glasses, contacts, glasses accessories, if they need an eye exam or want to look at the glasses they have in stock. Great place to go and great services to offer!

The lady there dosent know what she is talking about. She told me my glasses were unable to be repaired , but another store repaired them in 5 min. She just wanted to sell me new glasses. My grandma had defective lenses, they jerked her around till she was out of warrenty.
