AMAZING service! I was referred by a friend and I love going to get my eyes checked now. Dr. Hepburn makes the process so painless and fun! Dean is very helpful & caring and Jenna goes completely out of her way to make sure you're happy with your glasses. I would highly recommend using this company! Thank you for all the patience and kindness you guys show your clients.

Excellent customer service. The doctor spent time with me as a person before examining my eyes and really showed a keen interest. It was the best experience ever in picking out frames and I found out that their fee for a thorough eye exam is $38.00 CHEAPER than my previous provider in Paris.

I have been wearing glasses for 42 years. I have never had better service than at Creative Vision Optical. Jon is fabulous with his patients, takes all the time it needs to explain what is happening with your eyes. I had an episode with a seeking a big floater and strobe lights in my right eye. I stopped at the Paris clinic for help and Jon was working at the Caledonia office that day and I was told to go straight there. I was thankful that I could be seen. Another extremely important thing for me is when they say they warranty the lenses and frames for 2 years, they do. Dean just says No worries, I will get it ordered when I scratched my new lenses. No hassles or being made to feel like you are putting them out. Great people, great service. TRY THEM!
