The staff was very friendly and I felt very comfortable with the Dr. She took her time to explain in detail in a way I would understand and answer all my questions.

FYI: They do not provide your PD(pupils distance), which means you are unable to order good glasses with cheap price online. The explanation is that they do not sell glasses so they will not do that. The interesting thing is that, if you check out the website address they post on google map, it is "lenscrafters.ca", which leads to a glasses seller site when you copy/paste it to your browser. I paid my price for not asking if PD is provided before doing the eye exam. Will never visit them again.

Fantastic! The doctor and the receptionists are very helpful and friendly. The doctor is very knowledgeable and explains everything thoroughly. Normally I avoid visiting any type of health care provider as much as possible but this was a good experience, highly recommend.

Dr. Hussen, and the staff at Conestoga Eye Care are the kind of personable, knowledgeable, and hard-working professionals that make you wish you had a reason to see them more often. While wait times can sometimes be a struggle, they are always apologetic, and I know from experience that it is because they are giving a patient the best care, making them feel comfortable and confident with their eyes when they leave the office.
