The receptionist was efficient and helpful, I apologise for not remembering her name. Dr. Moncrieffe was equally efficient and explained what was happening as we went along. Her responses to questions were clear and easy to understand. Everything was on time. The entire office was spotless. It was a positive experience: when another exam is required I will go back to her practice.

This was my first eye exam at 36 years old. I wasn’t sure what would happen and Lorraine made it very calm and comfortable for me. She explained everything well and was able to identify the issue with my sight. I was very happy with my experience.

As always, so much care and consideration and patience from both Dr. Moncrieffe and her staff. I won't go anywhere else.

Dr. Moncrieffe and her staff were very pleasant. Booking online through Lenscrafters was extremely convenient and easy. Had a slight wait at the office but it wasn't bad.

My wife and I moved to Belleville 2½ ago and were fortunate to find Dr. Moncrieffe when it was time for our eye exams and new prescriptions for eyeglasses last year. This week it was time for our annual exam and we both needed a new prescription. Also, we had our retinas checked to be sure nothing was going amiss in that area (we're both 69). Dr. Moncrieffe took the time to explain the procedure and then to show us each the photos of inside our eyes and point out the important things she looks for. We really appreciate her calm, relaxed, and thorough approach to each visit. I would have no hesitation recommending Dr. Moncrieffe to anyone looking for outstanding care for their vision.
