I should have turned around and left when I saw a customer furious that her glasses were incorrect and they refused to help even though they bought them 5 days ago. They told me I could get my glasses within 1 hour. After arriving I was told I would have to wait 10 days. I highly recommend going elsewhere for glasses such as driving to Kingston. Poor customer skills and outrageous price for lenses. If there was an option for 0 stars I would have put that. The chain standards team should really make a visit to this store to correct these deficiencies and discipline the employees who work there who choose to do this to their customers.

This office is amazing. With a household consisting of 75% glass wearers I have been to a lot of optometrists. This one is hands down the best one I have been to. The secretaries/counter staff are so pleasant to deal with. They are polite and accommodating. The doctor was fantastic too. Recommending to everyone I know. Keep up the great work ladies. I will be back.

Today Wednesday 12:00 noon two people on a very angry Native customers said she had been awaiting already 20 minutes. All I need was a screw to be tighten only after 6 weeks of my new glasses .Not once did eairher of your two employees look up at all and say so sorry I'll be with you on a short time .Seriously the lady from your teck lab was helping out indeed but neaither of them approached us both at all if this is What You call customer service Shame on you all. Seriously its back to school in 3 weeks. Sorry why are your staff taking breaks at lunch time today I was late by half hour so I'm just wondering yes staff needs breaks lunch but why at noonish I'm rethinking where I can go to get eceptial customer Service I'd rather go to Lens crafters

Went in with a pair of glasses that had an arm that had come off. Tried for way longer than I should have to get the screw back into place myself, and after eventually succumbing to personal injury (aftermarket glass repair toolkits aren't all they're cracked up to be), decided to stop by Lenscrafters. Despite not having purchased the glasses there, Tony stepped up, and in less than 5 minutes had put things back together -- no charge. It was a simple thing, but it means my kid gets to start the school week with a functional pair of glasses. Having been to Lenscrafters before (for other pairs of glasses), it makes me wonder why I end up ever going anywhere else.

Had to get a set of glasses in a hurry, service was efficient and prompt at a less than expected price. Oh, and I was out the door with them in about 45 minutes, not 2-3 weeks like the other places I called. My family recommended them and I see why!
