i came here to get glasses because i saw how nice their selection was, they had very nice frames. although, i was very disappointed with this place overtime. at first when they were getting our money they were very nice. i choose a pair of glasses that had a warranty, i told them that i had never been there before and was ONLY there to purchase the frames. they said that was fine and said if anything happened within a year i could get the same glasses for free. within about 6 months, the arm of my glasses broke and i took them in to get the other ones under warranty. they were nice and said to come in and they’d have it fixed. after i went in, they said i couldn’t purchase anymore glasses there from now on unless i was a patient. i think it’s funny how before i used the warranty they were fine with having me as a customer. my glasses broke again today, in the same place. i am very unimpressed and there is definitely a flaw with the glasses. especially when they WERE NOT cheap. anyway the frames are so nice but everything else is a no from me

took my 4 and 6 year old for their first eye exams, as I remembered going there as a kid.considering covid, we got an appointment pretty fast. all staff were masked up and I saw them cleaning all the equipment after each patient went into the initial exam room, the office was also clean and well organized.the staff made my kids feel very comfortable and treated them with respect, which sometimes some doctors forget to do.

Nice and quick considering covid going on. Everyone was very pleasant and had no issue explaining what was going on and what they look for during an eye exam. Exact glasses I was looking for. Overall happy about everything.

Awesome service! Dr. Letheren knows her stuff, pays attention to detail, provides comprehensive assessments appropriate options for type of corrective lens required vs pocketbook. Visits are smooth and efficient from when client is greeted, through eye inspections by supporting staff, thorough assessment by Dr. Letheren, and expert guidance from Vicky for eyeglass selection and fitting. Great experience.

A very corporate feel to this office. They seem most interested in selling you a pair of glasses. I inquired about fitting for contact lenses as it's been about 2 years since I last checked. The optometrist said "I wasn't a good candidate for contact lenses" and that I should basically stick to glasses. Little did she know I've been wearing contact lenses since I was 14 years old. My ophthalmologist, who retired two years ago, said I was an excellent candidate for soft lenses. I play a few sports and religiously workout and glasses are not an option for me. I always wear my glasses to an eye exam. I paid for exam but didn't come back for glasses. I did get fitted for contacts elsewhere. No drama. I'm a happy camper. I won't be back to this location.
