Outstanding. My wife stepped on her glasses by accident. Went in expecting to buy new frames. But they were able to repair them instead. Thankyou David. Your awesome

Never buy eyeglasses from this store. The male manager is not helpful and his assistant doesn't know what she's doing either. My first glasses they made was off, and I had to reorder new ones. Will never take my business there again and will warn everyone I know not to use their services.

Went for an eye exam and to be fitted for contacts (I usually wear glasses). The optometrist did not do any extra tests or measurements for the contacts - she said the optician would. When I spoke to the optician he said he would use the data he got during my pretest before the exam - this was worrying as his measurements were completely off according to the optometrist. When I picked up my trial contacts it turns out the optician had simply ordered my GLASSES prescription instead of making the necessary adjustment for contacts (AND he got the axis wrong!). FURTHER, the female optician who gave them to me didn't notice the error even when I explicitly asked if he had adjusted the prescription since it looked the same to me. She also told me it didn't matter that I couldn't see with my worse eye since "your brain uses both your eyes" and I could see okay (could blurrily read the eye test) with both eyes open! 0/10 would not return. You get what you pay for, go somewhere else.
