Professional and friendly service. The eye doctor is thorough and really cares about your vision and the health of your eyes. The staff is excellent and the service for lense ordering is prompt. I would highly recommend them for all your eye care needs. They follow up and it shows that they really care about their clients.

I am very pleased with my experience at Kleinburg Vision Centre, Sony and one of the doctors who I met are both very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Sony was able to source out more frame options as I was looking for a particular style. Sony was able to send me photos from which I chose the ones I thought would work for my face shape. They came in before the expected date and I was able to find the one! Sony and the doctor both took the time to go over the different lense options as technology has advanced since my last purchase elsewhere. The finished product came in before the expected arrival and both the lenses and frames were perfect! I am glad I made the choice of choosing a local business, they truly appreciate their clients.

Very impressed with the quality of service and expertise and would recommend to anyone in need of a great and reliable professional. Myself and my 2 kids were seeing by Dr. Neeru who is such an amazing and caring professional. My kids felt very comfortable and didn't want to leave the office. Dr. Neeru is very attentive to detail and took the time to examine all of us without rushing it and answered all our questions. Sony is also very kind and patient and they offer great selections of glasses. We look forward to continue our partnership for many years to come. Thank you.

However they are out of my way, I ended up there for an emergency due to an eye infection and were coincidentally "opened" Since then I made the decision to travel to KVC because I was treated very well and received excellent service along with able to accommodate me. Products offered were great with update styles and updated technology and the products i never knew existed or even possible!!! WOW! Highly Recommended....Thank you KVC! all the best to all!

Outstanding service! I was impressed with how thorough my eye examination was, and how dedicated the whole team was to ensuring that my eyeglasses provided the best possible correction (both near and far) for my difficult prescription, which includes a prism in one of my lenses. Their patience, attention to detail, conscientiousness, and follow-up were wonderful. Thank you!
