Avoid this place if you don't want your time to be wasted. These people have a big problem with miscommunication, and instead of accepting their faults, they'll blame it on you. Especially the lady at the front desk. Save your time and go to a better place :)

Great selection and great prices. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The Dr. is knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I always have a good experience here. Although I moved to Scarborough, I continue coming to this location because of the excellent service. Thank you!!

Focus optometry staff are amazing, always going above and beyond my expectations. I was looking for a very spefic frame that I couldn't find in store and the staff were able to find me exactly what I wanted. The staff are very friendly and always welcome me, by name, with a smile.

Focus Optometry has built a relationship with us and others we referred with their exceptional service and knowledge. We must acknowledge that they always go out of the way to help us. We visited store as it was close to where we lived, now we have moved from the area and we continue to come back for their service. Doctor is very knowledgeable and attentive to your queries. Many Thanks.
