I had a very pleasant experience at the clinic, the staff were super helpful with choosing the right frames and explaining the pros and cons of the type of lenses. It helped me make the right choice of what was best for me. All my questions were answered in detail. I give them a 5 star and I highly recommend them.

Just visited for the first time. They had friendly staff and the location was convenient-close to my home. They were able to check me in quickly-the staff were friendly & efficient. I liked their modern facilities-very roomy and bright. The doctor was great-I've changed my optometrist! Love their selection of glasses-they helped me pick out two stylish pairs of glasses!

Great location, with very friendly and professional staff. It was very convenient that they were able to bill my insurance company directly. The doctor was very nice, and she talked me through everything she was doing, which made it easier to understand what was going on. I enjoyed my experience a lot!

I went with myself and 3 children under 5 to have our eyes checked at Caledon Optometry Clinic. Dr. Dias and the receptionist Katrina were so welcoming and accommodating. They entertained the kids while I was getting my eyes checked or in with one child at a time. Dr. Diaz is very patient and was great with my kids. Their hours are great too. They even did all my benefit billing for me and I didn't have to pay anything up front (they billed direct). Definitely recommend this clinic to others!

I went to Caledon Optometry Clinic back in April as my vision had changed. Katrina and Dr. Dias were very welcoming. I had a very thorough eye exam - the best I have ever had. It didn't feel rushed unlike other places I have been to. When It came time to pick out glasses they were both very helpful and patient with me trying on a bunch of different styles. They gave positive feedback and helped me select which ones looked best on me. It was my first time ever getting glasses and I love them. When I decided to order contacts again, I went in for the Contact assessment and again they were both very patient and helping with me choosing a colour. Dr. Dias informed me of information in regards to contacts that I did not know about, and suggested better solution for the contacts to help my eyes. She knew exactly what was best for me, unlike other places I have been to. The clinic is very clean and well organized. I definitely recommend going here!!
