Dr. Wissa is really thorough in her eye exam and she treats all her patients with a big smile on her face. She is willing to go an extra mile for each patient to see better. She is always on time and would give the same time for patients whether they are walk-in or already had an appointment.

I am one of Dr. Wissa’s patients from last five years, who is having her regular eye exams. My kids are also seeing her from last couple years. She is very experienced and friendly Optometrist who is always concerned about her patients health and vision and always recommend them to improve by giving them different options. Her staff is also very friendly and knowledgeable. I wish to rate them 10 stars if option is available 👍👍

I had a red eye. This was the first time that I had red eye so I was concerned and wanted someone to look at it. I went to Dr Amany and was told that red eye is due to contacts and was advised of their moist contacts. She did eye test which was also not correct. I had to get another eye test. Also she referred me eye drops and told that she will check again in next appointment. In my next meeting, Dr didnt even know what she told me last time (which I understand she must have lots of patients), it seemed like she didnt have any notes to refer to. She told me that my trial contacts are here and to try them on. I told her if she wants to see any progress in my eyes before I try the contacts. She did and told me that its better (whatever) I liked the contacts but I told them I am not buying right now, they put a charge of $30 for contacts training. I was told that those moist contact will be trial and they wont charge me. Mind you I have been wearing contacts for past 10 years, I dont need any training. Staff is cold and unfriendly and seemed confused all the time. It was the worse experience I ever had with eye specialist. I will never go there again or refer anyone to that place. If I had less than 1 star I would give that.
