I just had a great experience with this office. I had an eye exam done last year which was a seamless experience. I walked in today in search of frames (had no idea which style. I was looking for) and in about 30 minutes I had chosen frames and had my order put through to insurance since my prescription was on file. Not to mention the prices are very competitive! The associates are all very welcoming and attentive. A special thanks to Simran who tended to me right away and was super helpful and patient in selecting a wide variety of frames that would suit my look. She listened to which frames I liked and did not like, took my feedback and in the end we were down to 2 frames I really liked! I had put off buying glasses for a year because I am used to it taking very long but thanks to this office I have a new perspective. Thank you!

Amazing experience! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Family business keeping prices low and amazing selection of glasses. You can get an eye exam, glasses fitting and walk out with your new glasses all in one sitting. I highly recommend!! Thank you very much for making this experience so easy for me! :)

I called this office on a sunday afternoon looking for an appointment that day. Of course they were all booked. They questioned me and determined that I had an urgent issue. They told me to come at 5pm, which I would assume is closing time. I did have an trgent issue, a detached retina and Dr Tanu Bansal got right on the phone looking for a surgeon for immediate surgery. Without their immediate help, I could have lost the sight in my eye. I can see why they are rated in the top 10 optometrists in Brampton. Thank you so much

I found this place during my online search for a family Optometrist and made an appt online for my daughters. I received a warm welcome when I arrived and we were seen immediately by Dr Tanu. She was awesome with my girls. Even though the appointment was not for me, I ask if they could see me as well and they did. Dr Tanu gave me a full eye check and no surprise I needed glasses which she prescribed. I was helped with my glasses selection and the guy was great and extremely patient making sure I had the right fit for my face type. Amazing service and staff; Now we have a family Optometrist; Thank u guys!!

I would highly recommend Brampton Eye Doctors. They provide amazing customer service! Excellent optometrists, excellent location, they are very professional and friendly. The doctors are very knowledgeable and well qualified to treat any eye problem. My son was hit in the eye with a hockey puck and the doctor thoroughly examined his eye and knew right away the exact medication to give him. Within a week his eye was back to normal and they were very diligent about setting up follow appointments to track the healing of his eye. They are also kind enough to make reminder calls. I went in with severe eye pain and right away the doctor assessed my eyes and gave me new prescription and medication for my eyes. I was so impressed with the level of service for both adults and children.
