I was not happy with my experience at this clinic. I went there this morning for a very minor corneal abrasion. Not only did they try and tell me it wasn't covered under ohip but the doctor claimed, that in order for me to have it covered, I would need to do a glaucoma test. I'm 30 years old and have never experienced any symptoms, even remotely related to glaucoma. I did the test in accordance to the doctor's orders, as she claimed she was concerned with the size of my nerve. The test took an additional 35 minutes, my entire appointment took 2 hours... I am disappointed that the doctor didn't give me a warning that my eyes would be so incredibly blurry after the test and that I wouldn't be able to drive. She simply sent me on my way, to drive my vehicle, hardly able to see the road. I had to call an uber and leave my vehicle. Then, as I was settling my bill for BOTH this unnecessary glaucoma test and my cornea appointment, the lady at the counter continuesly tried to sell me on glasses and products I didn't need, as I was clearly struggling to see and felt dizzy and nausious due to the additional unnecessary procedures the doctor performed on me. Its important that a doctor be clear with you, as to the severity of the side affects of any procedure. I'm so disgusted with how they took advantage of my situation, I feel it's important to share it and warn others. They are not genuine, they will try and sell you on a bunch of products and services. Please don't be a fool like I was.
