What a horrible experience. It's obvious that their main objective is to get your money. Customer service is aggressive and pushy. I felt like the salespeople did not care about my best interest. I could afford the eye exam but glasses were too pricy at the time. The salesman was very, very upset that I wouldn't be spending money on glasses at his establishment. The place was dirty (stains on the ceiling and wall corners), the equipment looked old, and there were more cameras in there than security at Pearson. I genuinely believe that the one guy was watching us on one of the 53 cameras. When I went back to go to the exam room, I had to walk past the area where they have lunch (it's in the hall - not a room), and saw one guy microwaving his leftovers. I had to hang my coat on a coat rack outside the exam room and I was nervous to leave it there. After I paid for my examination and got my paperwork I went out to the car only to realize that the guy didn't even give me my prescription. I genuinely felt uncomfortable going back in to retrieve what I PAID FOR. I would definitely not recommend this place. I felt compelled to warn people about this place. I couldn't even believe the experience, it was a complete joke. And I'm still waiting for the punchline.

I don’t recommend this place. The guy you have to deal with is super pushy and only wants money. He said it would take 3 business days for my contacts to come in & then got annoyed with me when I said I wasn’t gonna pay for them until they come in, and yet it’s been 2 weeks if not more since, and still haven’t got a call! I’m so glad I went to a different place instead of waiting around for this place, what a waste! Poor business ethics

I have been a customer of Maaz Optical for a few years now. Rafi is very knowledgeable about his products and is very courteous and helpful. I would not go anywhere else for my eye exams and eye glasses.

My parents and I have all purchased eyeglasses from here and have nothing but good things to say about the service we received. They have a good selection for all ages. The staff was very friendly and knew us by name after our first visit. We recommend Maaz Optical!

Both my wife and I have enjoyed choosing our prescription eye wear from Maaz optical. Their selection of frames is quite extensive with more selection than what we have found at other shops. The staff at Maaz optical are very helpful and friendly and made it and easy decision to return there and shop for our eye wear a second time especially when the staff remembered us from 2 years prior and even remembered the frames we had chosen.
