Although I would like to continue to have my eyes examined here, I will not get my eye glasses ordered from them ever again. The reason being, the Optometrists are very good, but nobody called me from the store to let me know that at least 1 of the 2 pairs of eyeglasses that I ordered were ready and they also adjusted my first pair of glasses very poorly. If you do decide to deal with their optical store, I recommend getting the name of each and every person who works there as you deal with them, so you know who did what. There is a staff of mostly young women who currently work here that seem to be a little rude, disrespectful and just don't care. May 31 2018 - ordered 2 pairs of eyeglasses. Chelsea Langford helped me and told me at least 2 times that day that the eyeware pick update would be June 14 and that someone from their store will call me when they are ready. June 7 - I called to follow up on my glasses. Chelsea answered and seemed unimpressed that I was calling already. She came across as annoyed and a bit rude with me. Again, she advised that they will call me when the glasses come in. June 14 - I did not receive a phone call, nor did I receive a call on June 15! June 16 - Finally, my husband who paid nearly a thousand dollars for my 2 pairs of glasses, came in with me to get some answers on what is going on as the glasses are now late. Another woman advised us that one pair did not meet their standards, so it was sent back to be fixed. She apologized for the fact that no one called me, but still poorly adjusted my first pair of glasses. She adjusted the right side much more than the left side so that in the first few days of wearing these glasses, the right side of my head was just hurting more & more with each day that passed. When I went back in to get them readjusted, and was explaining to the problem to the next young woman who helped me, I noticed that the right side was literally bent in towards my head, not just angled in a bit like the left side was. The difference between the adjustment on the arms of the left and right sides were so drastically different that it seems like the glasses were purposely adjusted wrong by the first woman! June 21 - This Pearle Vision store called me for the FIRST TIME to tell me that the 2nd pair of glasses were ready, one week after my eyeware pickup date that Chelsea gave me originally when I ordered the glasses. I couldn't help but ask myself if they were all just waiting to call me when both pairs of glasses came in? However, isn't it good customer service to at least call the customer and explain that 1 pair of glasses are ready for pick up and that the other pair is being fixed, rather than just leave the customer to wait an extra week with no explanation?! Also, if they are not always on top of their follow-up calls with their customers, then their Opticians should not be adverse as Chelsea seemed to be, to a customer doing their own followup as I did on June 7th!

We our eyes checked at Pearl Vision and then took our prescriptions into the other side where the frames are. Even though it was busy Amy asked if she could help us and came over. My wife and I picked out my frames and while my wife Zdenka tried to find her two pair. While Zdenka was looking around Amy cáshed my glasses out and ecplained everything to me so I would know what was being done for me. Amy helped Zdenka find her frames and while explaining she even made up a frame with the lenses so Zdenka could see what the new glasses would be like. Zdenka has problems seeing so Amy adjusted the glasses until my wife could see better. Amy had the prescription changed and we paid to have them filled. I was so impressed with Amy that I had to take time to let potential clients know, this is the place you should go to have glasses and contacts made to suit you. Yes some places are cheaper, but is that what you want for your eyes?
