I had a pair of glasses purchased somewhere else. One lens dropped off as the tiny screw loosed. The lady not only fixed it and tightened the other screw, but also gave me a tiny beautiful screw driver for free so that I can fix the screws myself in the future. Very nice and friendly staff!

Purchased two pairs of Cartier prescription glasses, one for me one for my wife. The arm on mine happened to break off and being my only pair I needed a quick fix. I contacted the location and a young lady informed me I was out of warranty by two months. I said fine I have no problem buying a new replacement arm. She then informed me it will be seven to ten business days to conduct the repair. I informed her I will buy new glasses then and she thanked me and we ended our conversation. I then drove to Barkley's Opticians at Dundas and Dixie in Mississauga. I met with Leon and handed him my broken glasses. I then told him it's my only pair and I need a fix right away. He asked me if I knew my prescription, I did, I then picked a Zeiss Titanium frame and literally in twenty minutes I had a great pair of glasses to drive with. He then informed me he will contact the Cartier supplier directly and have my arm in 48 to 72 hours. I was extremely impressed. He then showed me my lens and the flaws and will be replacing them. So I now have a great back up pair of glasses and my Cartier will be fixed fast and right. Thank you Leon.
