The optometrist there, I forget his name, tall fella, he's really the most knowledgeable and down-to-earth optometrist there is. He helped me figure out issues with my vision and was very understanding of my budget. The staff there were also very professional.

THIS IS THE MOST HORRIBLE STORE ONE CAN GO TO !! They're BIG LIARS and MISGUIDE their Customers. So UNETHICAL and UNFAIR to Kids too !! They CANNOT BE TRUSTED AT ALL !! They just fake smile and SELFISH people who are only concerned with MONEY without service. We bought a HUGO BOSS for my son with Lenses. They made wrong lenses after the eye specialist checked. When we approached them, they agreed to make new ones with a new payment. I had no choice but to pay again for my child's Lenses for a couple of hundred dollars. Then in December 2018, we approached them as the frame was broken and it was still under Warranty ! On the phone they simply REFUSED the warranty without even looking at the frame ! When I requested, they let us come to the store to show. Thenafter the staff there Naz CONFIRMED REPLACEMENT under warranty ! They said to wait as they had to order the same frame online. After waiting for 1 month, when I followed up, Naz and Preeti said that the Frames were on back order and we would get them by end of FEBRUARY !! In the meanwhile, they insisted on BUYING a NEW pair of LENSES and frame as a 2nd pair back up. Since my child was wearing broken glasses with TAPE on it (as suggested by you them), I again had no choice and bought the LENSES again !! They kept confirming and giving me the guarantee that they shall inform me the arrival of the HUGO frame. Eventually just today (right the day after I bought a pair) the staff Preeti called me to say that SORRY WE CANNOT GIVE YOU THE HUGO frame as it NOT COVERED in the WARRANTY. I disagreed with them that they have been misguiding and giving wrong information but they simply IGNORED. Then one on the Store managers NAV called and spoke in a RUDE way to REFUSE the Frames when I kept telling him their store's commitment to provide the frame ! They BACKED OUT. PLEASE OFFER YOUT COMMENTS HERE TO GENUINELY SHARE IF THEY HAVE MISTREATED & HARRASSED US right ? WE r helpless at this time and what would anyone do given this situation ? VISION EXPRESS OWNER & STAFF are SELFISH, NOT TRUSTWORTHY, NOT COMMITTED, MANIPULATIVE, and LIARS. They exploited and took advantage of our situation to make more money. THEY are BIG FRAUDS ! They did all this to a child's need. Imagine how they would deal with Adults ! PLEASE SPREAD THIS AS MUCH AS YOU CAN. I'm going to do as much as I can as well !!

Worst service, they sell old stuff claiming it be new and over charge once order has been placed.

Absolutely the worst experience I have had in my life!!! At first, customer service was decent. The only thing I had to do was switch lens into a new frame. I walked in with absolutely perfect lens. When I was told to try them on again, there was damage. The owner (who was EXTREMELY rude) was blaming the damage on me and explaining that I “must not have noticed it”. I would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE. I am now having to pay for new lenses out of my pocket because they ruined the pair and refused to do anything about it. Please avoid this place.

Vision Express is the best place to go if you want excellent customer service and great deals! Nav was extremely patient and he gave us an amazing deal! My entire family got brand name prescripted glasses along with brand name sun glasses! They have excellent service here and attend to your every need. We are definitely coming back here next year!
