Totally a waste of time and money Mr Harsh Kanda simply cares for his own benefit ,first question asked by him is how much coverage you have from insurance he pretends he is being kind and favourable to you but realistically he is not... clearly a place to Rip you off....he sounds very goody but inside he is looking to prepare a bill for you which is not even resonable never suggest this place to anyone neither will I go with family.

I ended up stopping in because it was the only place in Brampton listed as a supplier on the Chanel website. I went in on a Saturday afternoon just to look but ended up getting an eye exam and ordered glasses. I was surprised they were able to get me in for an eye exam right away. The ladies in the front were very helpful and gave me feedback on how different frames looked on me. I ended up getting a great deal on the frames too, which I wasn't even expecting. They were all very kind and I will go back there when I get my next pair of glasses in a couple of years.

They cant keep records. Went in with my dad and my little brother 2 years ago for an eye check up and they had mentioned that the priscription will be in their system. Just called in today as I'm getting my lenses changed from another shop and they just told me that they don't have my prescription but they have my dad's. I don't know how this makes sense especially with the fact that I called them last month and they had said they had it in the system and now suddenly it's not there anymore. Seriously people, keep your system and records straight if people are coming in for their eyes exams. Can't even log the records properly

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! DID NOT BUY. Went in for a prescript. Dr Vikas was good. But AS SOON as i came out the boss man in the front already started coming at me with his sales pitch. Brother, I have worked in this industry for years. He didnt even ask me which glasses I wanted first. Didnt ask me to take a seat. The only thing he asked first was if I had insurance, and if MY WIFE had insurance. Then tells me he can use my insurance and my wife's insurance to double bill both of us to cover the cost of my glasses. He pitched 1 pair to me at the "discounted" price of $650. The moment i said, i think i need to look around and see if i can get cheaper... His attitude changed completely. Entire Brampton community knows, Kanda Optical is another name for Crooks. Brother, you cannot show me $650 glasses when everyone in toronto knows you can buy them for $10 to $50 MAX shipped to door from online. Even if someone has cyl, axis and add, its still WAYYY too much. Above all this, Brother, you need to learn how to treat a human being. I know youre a few years older than me, but you should understand youre in the health care business. Youre attitude is everything. People may or may not buy your glasses, but they will always leave the doors of Kanda Optical with feeling humility or robbed.

Worst experience ever.. the guy in white beard was completely unprofessional and rude. Zero sense of customer service and absolutely nil on etiquette. Will never go back again. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR ANYONE WITH SELF RESPECT AND DIGNITY...the girl was trying to help but this guy barged in completely uninvited and was a perfect recipe for a customer to feel insulted and humiliated. Am happy that I will spend my money at a better place now.
