They were busy I was on time they were making me wait and instead of apologizing they were saying it's not their problem that they are busy and I have to wait or reschedule.

Came last year and had a great experience with dr. Vicky Chiu. She's amazing. Receptionists were all nice but came this week and the new receptionists are all rude. I'll be back when dr. Vicky's back.

Tried to book an appointment and the receptionist was either having a bad morning or just plain rude. My 4 family members are clients here and I would have been the 5th but after today we will go somewhere else.

Depending on the doctor! You might get the best eye care if you get a good doctor. In general not a bad place!
