dr. Brady is a fantastic optometrist.. all my family rely on him (there are 7 of us) for prescription glasses. It is important to get the right prescription and also to feel comfortable with the doctor. He is cheerful and professional, he is not rushing and have a good memory of his patients. Five star because ot is maximum :). Stay away though from "Lens crafters" store next by as the service there is horrible.

NEVER GOING BACK...I went for a eye test aswell as contacts doctors were great HOWEVER THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE FRONT ARE VERY COLD RUDE AND DO THE EVER SMILE OR KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS. I BEEN BACK 3 TIME THINKING THEY CHANGE BUT SAME OUTCOME EVERTIME. I work in retail and yes bad days but I still respect and BE kind... the girls are so very rude and talk amongst themselves. I asked about an appointed because my eye was bothering me and again same shotty attitude and no help what so ever!!! Feel bad for the young new girl as these are her trainers and coworkers.! UNBELIEVABLE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO A PLACE WHERE STAFF TREATS YOU WITH RESPECT AND AT LEAST A "HELLO, HOW ARE YOU" "HOW CAN I HELP YOU " .....Unlike when I went and had to interrupt there conversation to get help or attention a office with 3-4 secretaries and one customer ... Wish the company well but needs a revamp on the frontend because that's who (unfortunately) we have to see first.

Dr. Mahwish Khan is great. She listened to my concerns, seemed to honestly care about my health, wrote two separate prescriptions as I asked (one for distance and one for near work) and actually got them right — my previous optometrist had mis-measured my astigmatism — and the improvement in my vision was amazing. Both of my appointments with her so far have been pleasant and professional. I have no experience with other doctors at this location, but Dr. Khan has earned my loyalty.

I wanted to give 0 star to this place if possible. Don’t ever go there, they did not give you complete prescription. WILL NEVER RETURN AS CLIENT! They are just trying to take your money. Moreover, customer service is extremely horrible. None of my other doctor (dentist, family doctor) are doing this kind of customer service to me.
