I needed a Ray-Ban sunglass case and called to find out if they had any available. I was told that I could come in to get one for free. How awesome is that! Such friendly, generous staff. Highly recommend!

Went there to get a Ray Ban case for my wife who lost here. They replaced it no questions asked. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Love Optic House!! When my daughter was one, we got her first pair of glasses here. We have gone back for her next pair, as well as my own. Friendliest staff ever, hands down! Even when taking advantage of their children's warranty (which, unfortunately, I've done many times!) they are as friendly and as helpful as can be. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Friendly staff, good service during the week; exceptional prices (far cheaper than their competitors). Very satisfied with produces and price points. Suggest you go during the week, however. On Saturdays its very busy and there's minimal staff (only one optician and one salesperson when I was there) in the store. Long wait times (very frustrating). Would give it five stars if staffing on the weekend (when it should be better, not worse) was't an issue.
