I just purchase my glasses last month. All the staff were very helpful. Gave honest opinion of glasses I tried. I took advantage of bogo free, by getting prescription sunglasses. The only negative point is if you have Manulife coverage you can not use at the Guelph store. Now is a head office issue not the store. I had to go to Fairview mall store to order my glasses. However, they shipped them to Guelph no problem. I will use Vogue Optical again!

August 3, 2022. Just drove down from Honey Harbour to pick up my 2 sets of glasses. I have dealt with Vogue Optical in Halifax for over 20 years and after my daughter retired I was at a loss. I was visiting in Guelph and stopped in the store. Gave them my new prescription and they contacted Halifax for all my previous information. I am extremely happy with the Customer Service this store offers and a special thank you to Tobie Oldham who went above and beyond. I give the staff and store 10 ot of 10 Colene H.

My husband and I are completely overwhelmed by the kindness and compassion shown by the staff ( sorry I don’t know her name) at Vogue Optical. Their dealings with my 100 year old mother-in-law, who has very poor vision, went far beyond expectations. The result was that she had her glasses fixed and was able to see again the same day I called describing the problem. She is planning to return as soon as she can for an exam and new glasses. Thank you so very much!
