The Pakistani woman is hands down the most ignorant person I have ever dealt with. She has ZERO patients for children and will argue with you over anything. Save yourself the aggravation and go elsewhere. It truly is appalling that she works with the public and I personally think her employer needs to evaluate their staff better.

Only good part was the Dr him self. The staff are super rude all around. I now deal with a different place and no issues at all. Walmart maybe be the cheapest place for glasses and it goes with poor service as well.

I'm not sure about the experiences other people have had but if you're prepared, have all of the things you need then the people at this vision centre will happily help you out and deliver excellent service. I had my eye exam done here and ordered my frames and lenses, they took a while because I have a peculiar prescription but they let me know that in advance. When I did get my glasses one lens had been manufactured with a defect, things looked like a fun house mirror. They sent them back had new ones in a few days for me, very fast. Eventually I broke my frame within a few months and I went in and within 30 minutes that they a new set of frames all set up with my lenses. I have honestly had exceptional service every time I have visited, and considering you're going to Walmart for glasses you should expect discount level service, although I can say what I have received has been nothing like that, top notch.

Awful experience!! My first trip they had my prescription wrong. My second trip one of the workers broke my frames. My third trip I took my glasses home to find out the prescription was still wrong because it hurt my eyes and the frames hurt my ears. I set up an appointment to refund them, then called later to change the time just to find out if I didn't call that no one would have been there that day because they aren't even open. Why the employee set me a date and time for a day they aren't open then didn't bother to call me to fix it is beyond me. If you want to save yourself A LOT of time and gas DO NOT GO TO WALMART VISION CENTRE. I regret going there the first time and wish I had of gone with anyone but walmart. If I could rate any lower than 1 star I would. If I lived in the city it would be different because travelling wouldn't be an issue, however I live over an hour away so having to go back multiple times is very frustrating considering the time I had to book off and the drives I had to make. Very disappointed in the entire situation.
