No matter what silly accidents happen to my glasses, all the staff pitch in to help. They have always been their when I need new lenses or make suggestions to look good in my glasses. No pressure, just patience to please. Thank you for all your help.

At the time when I ordered the lady was very friendly. My pick up for my glasses were great too. Unfortunately, I lost my glasses and had to resort to ordering online, they were super helpful providing me with assistance figuring out my prescription. This was above and beyond as I really need my glasses to do my work.

Dog chewed the nose cushions and bent up the frame. Took in and figured the glasses would have to be replaced. The young lady took them and in 5 min. she came out with the glasses fixed like new and at no charge. Great after sale service.

Inaccessible, no automated doors and no elevator just a very steep set of stairs

I love getting my frames here. I was so happy after 4 years that Jessica was still there. She's so helpful and friendly. I have a hard time with change and I'm very uncertain about what would look nice. She has been so patient with me and has worked with me to pick out frames for me to try. I feel like she offers honest advice and feedback about each frame. Once I have a few I just mull it over. Through the whole process she still smiles on. I never feel rushed and in the end I feel like I'm walking out with frames I will love. She also doesn't try to sell me things I don't need, something my optometrist would do just to get some more money out of me. I hope she never leaves and I'll try not to go so long between appointments!
