I showed up for my appointment only to be told I didn't have one! They had nothing on me since 2019, so I obviously I didn't get the date or time wrong. I know I made the appointment because I can prove I had a call with them weeks earlier and immediately after the call I texted my wife with the appointment details. They then offered me an appointment 3 weeks later but I declined. I'll go somewhere that doesn't waste my time.

Easily the nicest staff I've ever encountered. I've often called or gone to the office with high anxiety about an eye issue and they listen so attentively and calmly and are always happy to get you in quickly, even if it's with a different doctor on duty that day. The doctors there are equally attentive and kind and are happy to answer all your questions. I was a patient at two different offices before this, and this by far has been my best experience with optometry.

Dr. Linda Nguyen and the staffperson were both exceptionally courteous and capable people who conducted their tests quickly and pleasantly, and explained the results in a very understandable way.

Dr Akerman is amazing. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and really knows her stuff! It's such a comfortable environment; all the staff who were in the day I had my apt were SO kind and knowledgeable. It was an extremely pleasant visit over all and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new optometrist to go there!!
