Have always had a great experience at Burlington Eyecare. Nice selection of frames and lenses available and staff always helpful to assist you whenever possible. Convenient hours with extended hours Wednesday evening and Saturdays. Conveniently located with parking available. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience at Burlington Eye care! I felt welcomed and cared for as soon as I walked through the door. Dr. Nyman was incredibly thorough and answered all of my questions. I left with a better understanding of the importance of eye health then I ever would have thought.

2 stars since the service was great (5 stars) other than being surprised with a $45 charge for a partial eye test after being told on the phone when confirming the appointment, and again in person before the test today, that there would be no charges. I was told it would be free today since I had already paid for this during my last testing. It stings because my benefits start in 6 days. The only reason I kept the appointment today was on the falsely presented basis that there would be no charge. I figured I might as well get it out of the way before starting work if it's free. It's especially frustrating as money's tight and I could have just as easily waited a week and gotten the test costs covered if I was given the right information beforehand. 5 stars for the friendliness of everyone and quality of testing and -3 stars for the false information and surprise charge. For anyone else who may read this I'd say you'll enjoy the service and likely have no issues but in my specific case it was less than ideal overall. Mistakes happen and I understand that but it leaves a bad feeling after an otherwise pleasant experience.

I recently had the pleasure of getting new glasses from Burlington Eyecare. After more than 20 years at another optometrist I was somewhat hesitant to change but Dr Germain saw me a couple of years ago for a emergency visit for eye infection and I thought I would try them out as it has more convenient hours and location. I have to say that the exam, the showroom and follow-up afterwards was excellent. There was a problem with the delivery of my prescription sunglasses but they jumped through hoops to get the new glasses to me prior to my vacation and as an apology for the delay, provided a healthy discount. I can't be more pleased. I highly recommend Burlington Eyecare.
